Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Engineer to monitor, review and manage mould modification and repair processes in production.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or diploma with 5+ years in plastics/injection molding; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. You will set up, maintain, and validate moulds, oversee process validation, maintenance planning, and GMP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 5+ years in plastics/manufacturing.
• Experience in injection molding and cleanroom is a plus.
• Hands-on machining and tooling management skills.

Aufgaben

• Set up and validate new moulds, materials, and injection moulding processes, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Lead transfer of mould inspection and mould transfer with production support.
• Coordinate maintenance of moulds; specify repairs or alterations.
• Troubleshoot defects using scientific moulding principles.
• Plan preventive maintenance for injection moulding machines and tooling.
• Prepare documentation and SOPs to ISO13485.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians on monitoring and maintenance.
• Ensure machine uptime and readiness for production.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and plan monthly purchases.
• Involved in cost reduction, OEE and yield improvement projects.
• Ensure 5S, GMP and safety protocols compliance.
