Job summary

Entegris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer (Injection Molding) to optimize manufacturing processes in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. You will design, implement and continuously improve injection molding operations to meet stringent quality standards and production targets.

You will analyze data, lead process optimization, support new product development, perform risk assessments, and collaborate across functions to ensure compliance and efficiency in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize injection molding processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct process feasibility studies and create process specifications and SOPs.
• Monitor production data to identify improvements and reduce scrap.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct equipment qualification and validation on injection molding machines.
• Develop process documentation including material specs and control limits.
• Support new product development with technical input during design/prototype phases.
• Perform risk assessments and FMEA to improve robustness.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
