Job summary

Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to support plastic molding operations and process improvements. You will set machine parameters, train mold setters, monitor quality and process parameters, and ensure proper documentation and equipment checklists.

Fresh graduates are welcome; ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus. Willingness to work shifts and OT is required.

Qualifications

Plastic Injection Molding or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience with injection molding related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with QMS, ISO 13485 added advantage.
Willing to work in shift and support OT

Responsibilities

Improve quality, cycle time and efficiency thru process parameter.
Troubleshoot process parameters and provide support on maintenance tasks.
Key in machine parameter settings after mold setup accordingly to mold card.
Guide and train mold setters.
Verify and follow up the completion of plastic injection mold setup (Up & Down Mold).
Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklists.
Perform daily 7s activity and maintain safe working environment and high standards.
Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment or materials to superior.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
