Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) is seeking a seasoned site supervisor to coordinate, supervise and monitor infrastructure works on a major project in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure activities align with approved procedures, drawings and project specs, and you will liaise with engineers to implement instructions on-site across subcontractors.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least six years of infrastructure experience, with river improvement

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure works; river improvement experience is a plus.
Able to work long hours with minimal supervision.
Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, supervise and monitor site works to ensure all activities align with approved procedures, drawings, specs and project requirements.
Monitor subcontractors' work progress and productivity to ensure completion within the project schedule.
Liaise with the engineer and ensure instructions are communicated to subcontractors.
Prepare, review and submit daily site progress reports to the engineer, including progress, manpower, materials and site issues.
Monitor and maximise material utilization to minimise on-site machinery.
Supervise and enforce safety practices to comply with safety requirements and regulations.
