TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Specialist, Infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur to lead the organization’s core infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking. You will set strategy, oversee security, and drive initiatives to ensure high availability and performance across all systems.

You will manage a team of infrastructure professionals, evaluate new hardware and software, and maintain tight collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of security in network and infrastructure domains.
• CCNA or equivalent certs are a strong plus (CCIE etc. advantageous).
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Familiarity with network security practices (firewalls, VPN).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Manage and oversee the organization's infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance infrastructure.
• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Evaluate new hardware and software solutions and make adoption recommendations.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and address issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure budget and coordinate vendor relations.
• Collaborate with departments to meet networking requirements and provide technical support.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
