Job summary

You will oversee mission-critical programmes, drive market expansion, and coordinate with product, commercial, and technology teams to shape concepts from ideation to deployment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in any relevant field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, programme delivery, or platform-scale services (e.g., fintech, e-wallets, banking, government tech).
• Experience managing nationwide rollouts involving multiple parties such as merchants, financial institutions, and end users.
• Leadership in a team or supervisory role, with exposure to national-scale platforms and public-private collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues with data-driven insights.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational, ecosystem, and market data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations improving programme performance and adoption.
• Develop business cases and operating models for new use cases and services.
• Lead strategic initiatives for platform growth, including market entry and partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of mission-critical digital programmes and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure stability, compliance, and service excellence.
