• Strong design sense for scalable, maintainable software and pragmatic use of Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements and technical direction for complex initiatives.
• Lead design and development of software solutions balancing scalability and business needs.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and set engineering craft standards.
• Drive comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for reliability at scale.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party APIs and services, handling edge cases.
• Own critical systems end-to-end from design to deployment and operations.
• Lead code reviews and drive improvements to team practices.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to grow technical capabilities.
