Job summary

Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to implement and maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments in Ipoh, Malaysia.

You will design, deploy, and optimize compute, storage, networking, and security configurations with a focus on hybrid cloud integration. You will lead complex projects such as cloud migrations, capacity planning, and automation initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high availability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and systems administration experience.
• Expert-level Dell server hardware knowledge and iDRAC/OpenManage.
• Extensive NetApp storage experience with NFS/CIFS/iSCSI.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Design cloud infra services including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Lead complex projects like cloud migrations and capacity planning.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash.
