Job summary

RIGOL TECHNOLOGIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a seasoned Process Improvement Engineer to analyze production workflows and layouts, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.

You will lead standard work development, time and motion studies, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity, quality, and safety. The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, KPI monitoring, and maintaining rigorous process documentation, SOPs, and maps to support continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture team spirit and cooperation.
• 5+ years of working experience; electronics/electrical industry preferred.
• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and optimize labor utilization.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor or Master Degree in any Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Lean Six Sigma.

More than 5 years of working experience, advantage working in Electronic / Electrical industry
