Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10–15 years in project management within industrial construction or power generation; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale construction and commissioning projects in senior roles.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate erection, installation, and handover from start to finish.
• Develop plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and lead cross-functional teams.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and plant performance reviews.
• Perform operability reviews and address potential challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to manage risks and delays.
• Contribute to tender reviews and contract negotiations; support warranty phase activities.
