Turner & Townsend in Malaysia is seeking a Project Director to lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. This role includes portfolio oversight, governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality and budget targets.

It also covers team development and invoicing oversight through D365 to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• Construction-related degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in project management or construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership with people management experience.
• Experience in client management, business development and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee strategy, governance, budgeting, risk and quality compliance.
• Mentor junior managers and drive a high performing team culture.
• Manage client, consultant, contractor and supplier relationships.
• Lead end-to-end procurement, tender strategy and vendor selection.
• Coordinate invoicing through D365 and monitor financial performance.
