Job summary

EP Engineering is seeking a Senior Commissioning Lead/CSR to oversee the onshore and offshore commissioning campaigns, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, validate schedules and permits, and act as the client’s on-site representative to drive project readiness.

The role requires a degree in engineering and extensive experience in gas processing/wellhead platform commissioning, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering plus minimum 12 years upstream oil and gas experience.
• 7+ years direct commissioning experience in gas processing/wellhead platforms.
• Lead site activities for onshore and offshore until campaign completion.
• Review and validate HUC Campaign Schedule Plans, manpower loadings, workpacks, job cards, MTECs, job materials, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site commissioning activities for onshore and offshore campaigns.
• Coordinate with Senior Piping/Mechanical and Senior E&I HUC engineers during Detail Engineering and execution phases.
• Ensure EHS compliance, permits management, and safety standards throughout the campaign.
• Act as client on-site representative, maintain clear communications with Operations, PMT, contractors, vendors, and support teams.
• Close out punchlists and ensure all items are signed off.
