Job summary

Impactiva is seeking a seasoned professional to lead large industrial projects in Selangor, from design to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage procurement, construction, commissioning and client relations while enforcing safety, quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of industrial experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience in comparable industrial projects.
• Experience in industrial construction and regulated facilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse conversion, brownfield upgrades, fit-out works.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction practices and regulations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
