Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist with a mechanical engineering background to support supplier operations. The role focuses on maintaining supplier information accuracy and facilitating procurement processes.

You will create/distribute POs, reconcile orders, research and resolve order exceptions, and manage invoices and related SOX documentation. Experience with SAP S4/ERP and Ariba is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices.
• Experience with indirect procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage supplier information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and distribute purchase orders (POs) and reconcile orders; research and resolve order exceptions.
• Validate, download, reconcile blocked invoices for completeness and policy compliance; collect POD, BL, and tracking docs.
• Raise and manage escalation tickets for invoice and goods-receipt issues until resolution.
• Accept or reject invoices as appropriate; complete assigned SOX compliance files within timelines.
• Support rapid prototyping processes and hands-on prototype assembly; machine shop experience is desirable.
• Notify internal stakeholders of supplier service issues, late deliveries, or dissatisfactory interactions.
