Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (ISR) to drive growth for SMEs by qualifying leads and shaping the early sales process. You will collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to build a robust sales pipeline and close opportunities.

You will manage a portfolio of SME leads, demonstrate products, and help customers sign up while aligning with company onboarding, compliance, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Able to sell to senior executives and business owners.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; Mandarin preferred.
• Relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound sales process for SME customers from outreach to closing.
• Be an expert on Airwallex product offerings and how they solve customer pain points.
• Create a world-class first impression with customers through product expertise.
• Achieve revenue targets from new customers.
• Engage in customer conversations to understand needs and scale their business.
• Ensure timely resolution of inquiries to maintain great customer experience.
• Collaborate with global offices and cross-functional teams.
