Airwallex is seeking a seasoned sales professional for the SME & Growth team in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify prospects, craft and execute sales strategies, and own the end-to-end sales cycle to close deals and grow revenue.

You will engage with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders, negotiate complex terms, and drive onboarding with a customer-first approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a complex product.
• Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
• Proven track record in negotiations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology/financial services.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-potential prospects and generate revenue-driving leads.
• Develop scalable sales strategies for new customer acquisition.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead commercial negotiations to increase revenue.
• Maximize revenue and market share in a territory.
• Ensure top onboarding and customer experience with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a CRM database of customers.
