Job summary

CSP Connect Sdn Bhd, an ICT infrastructure consultancy, seeks an experienced ICT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to own projects from planning through execution and handover. The role combines strong project management with practical ICT infrastructure knowledge, coordinating with clients, consultants and technical teams.

This position emphasizes leading delivery, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality across site activities while traveling domestically to client sites in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ICT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and telecoms.
• Experience in commercial buildings and enterprise environments.
• Ability to read ICT drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned ICT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress, costs, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and vendors.
• Manage risks, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage commercial documentation.
