Job summary

JAD CONNECT SERVICES is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-size ICT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure compliance with PMO methodologies.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT and a PMP or Prince2 Agile certification, with at least 3 years of project management experience in ICT.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• PMP or Prince2 Agile certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in ICT.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for small to mid-size ICT projects.
• Develop and implement project plans from initiation to handover.
• Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders, including customers, project teams, principals, subcontractors, and others affected by the project
• Monitor and control project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Project Definition / Site Assessment Plan/ Design, Development & Configuration Architecture
• Build Testing and Commissioning
• Operational Documentation
• Project Handover to Operations
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, legal, and delivery teams to align project scope with objectives.
• Maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate solutions when project challenges arise or when deadlocks are encountered.
• Assign and monitor project work to ensure progress aligns with guidelines.
• Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Notify the next level of management regarding any issues that may impact cost, scope, or schedule.
