CSP Connect Sdn Bhd, an ICT infrastructure consultancy, seeks an experienced ICT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to own projects from planning through execution and handover. The role combines strong project management with practical ICT infrastructure knowledge, coordinating with clients, consultants and technical teams.

This position emphasizes leading delivery, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality across site activities while traveling domestically to client sites in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ICT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and telecoms.
• Experience in commercial buildings and enterprise environments.
• Ability to read ICT drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

CSP Connect Sdn Bhd is an ICT infrastructure consultancy and technology support services company specializing in ICT design, project management, technical coordination and implementation support.

As we expand our commercial ICT infrastructure portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on ICT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution and successful handover.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong project management capabilities with practical ICT infrastructure knowledge and enjoys working closely with clients, consultants and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead and manage assigned commercial ICT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Manage project risks, resolve implementation challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and project handover.

Commercial & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned project clients.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and resource utilization.
• Coordinate quotations, variation orders and project-related commercial documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and project expenditure.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project expectations are clearly communicated.

Technical & Site Oversight

• Review ICT infrastructure drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Oversee structured cabling, fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure implementation.
• Coordinate with the ICT Project Engineer on daily site activities and technical deliverables.
• Ensure project works comply with approved specifications, relevant industry standards and quality requirements.
• Provide technical direction and support in resolving site implementation issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure project management or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects in commercial buildings, shopping malls, offices, hotels or enterprise environments.
• Ability to interpret ICT drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Experience managing contractors, project budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for project assignments across Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.

PMP, BICSI RCDD, RTPM or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
