Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Project Executive to lead successful delivery of Telco and ICT infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. You will work with customers, cross-functional teams and external partners to manage scope, timelines, risks and stakeholders while ensuring quality and an outstanding customer experience.

This on-site role requires approximately 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or telecommunications and a professional

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computing, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or telecommunications.
• At least 2 years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CITPM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Telco and ICT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix structure.
• Manage scope, timelines and changes while meeting customer expectations.
• Identify risks/issues, implement mitigation, and escalate as needed.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate handover activities to operations/maintenance teams.
• Support pre-sales with project management input for proposals.
