Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Executive to drive ICT equipment leasing business with existing and new clients. You will coordinate service, handle maintenance, and perform KYC assessments to support credit decisions.

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, assist in collections when needed, and execute targeted marketing to meet revenue and client growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, Banking & Finance, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing ICT equipment or related financial products.
• Knowledge of ICT equipment and technology financing and leasing market trends is an added advantage.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset, organisational and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote ICT equipment leasing solutions to existing and prospective clients and develop new ICT-related opportunities.
• Provide ongoing customer support including service coordination and maintenance management for existing clients.
• Conduct site visits and KYC assessments for new applications, with sound credit judgement for the evaluation department.
• Manage assigned cases with timely follow-up and completion within service level timelines.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers to support long-term partnerships.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing activities to achieve revenue growth and client acquisition targets.
