Job summary

Dyson is seeking an Identity and Access Security Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design, engineer, and operate robust identity security controls protecting workforce identities, endpoints, and access pathways across the enterprise.

You will enforce strong authentication, zero-trust access, and identity governance while leading Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and remediation of identity threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience specializing in IAM within enterprise environments.
• Deep experience designing and operating enterprise identity controls, federation protocols, and directory services.
• Certs such as Microsoft SC-300, CISSP, or CISM are desirable.
