Accenture PLC in Malaysia seeks an IAM/PAM Operations Senior Consultant to ensure secure, scalable identity services across enterprise environments. You will drive service delivery, manage teams, and serve as a key client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing provisioning and access governance, coordinating incident and change management, and ensuring policy compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in team handling and operations management.
• Certifications preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
• Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations.
• Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements.
