Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking an Identity and Access Security Engineer to design, engineer, and operate robust identity controls protecting workforce identities, devices, and enterprise access paths. You will enforce strong authentication, zero-trust access, and identity governance while managing privileged accounts and joiner/mover/leaver processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with federation protocols and directory services.
• Certifications such as SC-300, CISSP, or CISM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate identity controls across the enterprise.
• Design and manage Conditional Access policies, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
• Govern PIM and Just-In-Time access workflows.
• Implement joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Monitor identity threats and perform remediation.
• Drive federation/SSO improvements and identity security modernization.
