Job summary

FrieslandCampina in Malaysia seeks a Lead IAM Engineer to own the end-to-end design, build, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management capabilities including IGA, SSO, MFA, and PAM. You’ll shape a modern, centralized IAM platform and guide engineering decisions in a global transformation.

You will collaborate with the CISO Office, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, and SAP teams across Malaysia and the Netherlands, driving automation and improving security and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of hands-on IAM design and implementation experience.
• Experience with cloud identity (Azure, AWS) and enterprise integrations (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM engineering lifecycle: design, build, test, and maintain IAM capabilities (IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM).
• Collaborate with CISO Office, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud teams, SAP teams and external partners to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.
• Drive automation, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency across identity lifecycle management.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and runbooks.
