Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled technical trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our engineering staff in Subang Jaya.

The role covers classroom, workshop, and hands-on sessions, with responsibilities to prepare materials and assessments while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You should have 3–5 years of trainer experience, a relevant engineering degree, strong English, and willingness to travel internationally for overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on training experience in technical engineering.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for engineering staff.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, and hands-on sessions.
• Prepare training materials, SOPs, manuals, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching.
• Update training modules with new technologies and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify skill gaps.
