PETRONAS in Putrajaya is seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to oversee operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. You will identify improvements to ensure high plant reliability and availability.

You will ensure safety compliance, control HV generation, and perform 33kV switching and maintenance, while delivering daily electrical reports and maintaining system integrity at a large utilities plant.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Competency B4 entitlement required.
• Certificate of Competency BO entitlement required.
• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering with electrical competency.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety, reliability and efficiency of the electrical system.
• Provide swift response to plant upset or equipment tripping.
• Operate, control and synchronize HV power generation system up to 33kV.
• Perform switching, operate and maintain electrical systems up to 33kV.
• Prepare daily electrical reports for management.
