Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited is seeking an HV Systems Lead to manage 33kV switching, protection systems and maintenance governance for critical data centre and industrial sites.

You will lead safe operations, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors while ensuring ST Malaysia regulations and ACT requirements are met. Strong English and 5–7 years of HV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ hands-on experience in HV systems and data centre environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 33kV electrical installations, HV switchgear and protection systems in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct inspections and supervise operational staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate switching, isolation, earthing, energization and restoration under safety rules.
