• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Preferably experience dealing with authorities (JTK, PERKESO, IRDA, LHDN & Immigration).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding processes, including postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters; onboard new hires.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs; maintain training records and evaluate programs.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances; foster positive relations.
• Handle payroll preparation and statutory contributions; manage leaves, insurance, and allowances.
• Support performance management initiatives; assist in setting KPIs and evaluating performance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and issue letters (offers, warnings, terminations).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and update HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on HR projects and align initiatives with company goals.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to immediately assume responsibility for various HR functions. This role is crucial for ensuring effective HR management and compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.

Main Duty & Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and induction programs.

Training and Development

Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees. Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Foster positive relationships between employees and management.

Compensation and Benefits

Responsible in payroll preparation and processing, ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp). Manage employee benefits programs, including leave, insurance, and allowances.

Performance Management

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and monitor progress. Assist Managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. Prepare and issue HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters, warning letters, termination letters).

HR Policy and Compliance

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Other Duties

Support specific HR projects as assigned by the management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 - 5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related qualification.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
