PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD, within the Group Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Sustainable Development Division, seeks a Special Officer to provide essential administrative and research support to the Chief and Senior Leadership.

The role combines strategic planning, project execution and meticulous record-keeping, with emphasis on confidentiality and data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed in the job requirements.
• Minimum 8 years of HSSE, operations, governance or executive office experience.
• Experience supporting senior management, board committees and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of HSSE governance, regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic feedback to leadership and assist in formulating key initiatives.
• Offer high-level executive support and maintain efficient workflows.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation aligned with goals.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and collaborative partnerships.
• Oversee strategic projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Develop systems to monitor performance and generate leadership reports.
• Manage and oversee Division budget and seek efficiency improvements.
