DESOL SDN BHD is seeking an HSE & Admin Executive to manage Health, Safety and Environmental compliance for Data Center and critical facility projects in Malaysia. You will handle document submittals, audits, and IMS documentation while providing admin support during non-project periods.

The role requires 2–3 years HSE experience, a relevant diploma or degree, DOSH registrations, strong document control, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HSE experience in data center/critical facilities environments.
• Valid DOSH/JKKP registrations or relevant safety qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and maintain HSE documentation (HIRARC, MS, SWP, PTW).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, OSHA 1994, EQA 1974.
• Maintain logs for certifications, hazardous materials, and audits; support IMS ISO docs.
