Job summary

MTTJ Engineering Sdn Bhd requires an experienced Senior HSE Officer to drive Health, Safety & Environment initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings leadership, a valid Green Book, and a track record in manufacturing safety operations.

Responsibilities include planning HSE policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, leading incident investigations, organizing training, and maintaining documentation while liaising with DOSH and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Valid Green Book registered with DOSH.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
