Job summary

Vale Malaysia seeks an experienced HSE professional to strengthen our Health, Safety and Environment function in Seri Manjong. You will lead risk assessments, audits, and ISO 45001 alignment across operations, maintenance, and investment activities.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and practical risk control. We require 7–10 years in Occupational Safety & Health or related safety engineering, strong data analysis, and proven incident investigation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety Engineering, or Safety Analysis.
• Experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, ISO 45001, and safety auditing.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions.
• Improve safety procedures, conduct audits, and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Compliance, and Assurance teams.
