Qualifikationen

• Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central.
• Advanced Employee Central configuration including data models and workflows.
• Experience designing integrations between SuccessFactors and HR/finance systems.

Aufgaben

• Own complex 2nd–3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Compensation, and Time Management.
• Lead advanced Employee Central configuration, including data models, workflows, and permissions.
• Design end-to-end integrations from SuccessFactors to internal or external systems with architecture and data mapping.
• Drive system changes from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Lead HRIT workstreams and contribute to international rollouts with proper governance.
• Advise HR and IT stakeholders while improving architecture, data quality, and adoption.
