Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, HR Business Partner to drive onboarding, HR operations, and learning initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, manage HRDC compliance, and coordinate training programs to enable workplace effectiveness.

Responsibilities include handling HR queries, vendor payments, and supporting SEA/local HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR management, business or related field.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with SAP HR or similar HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in HR operations and HRBP role is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding/orientation programmes for new employees.
• Manage HR operations and ensure HRDC compliance and claims.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver HR solutions.
• Handle employee queries and support policies, processes and payments.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programmes across teams.
