Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Tier 2 escalation point for HR solutions. You will partner with people leaders, employees and the HRBP function to deliver and refine HR services and programs that enable our people to thrive and patients to benefit.

This role focuses on end-to-end HR activities, data accuracy, system data management, and stakeholder support, while fostering continuous improvements across JAPAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 7+ years HR experience.
• Experience in HR shared services and working across multiple pillars.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transactional and operational HR activities per SOPs and policies.
• Provide customer-focused HR support to employees, managers, and HRBPs.
• Triage and resolve HR cases as escalation point for Tier 1 representatives.
• Collaborate with Technology on HR system changes and impact.
• Drive continuous process improvements across HR services.
