Job summary

Pro Life Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR leader to own end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and negotiations, ensuring we hire the right people at the right time. You will also manage onboarding, build clear HR policies, and oversee payroll, leave, and benefits, while handling employee relations with fairness.

The role requires 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of local labour law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ in supervision.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Experience with HR systems and payroll software; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from postings to offers.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee integration.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing and development.
• Handle labour office queries or cases.
• Provide HR reporting and management analysis.
