Job summary

Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will handle payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR experience in multi-outlet settings, strong Excel and HR software skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet industry.
• Practical payroll processing, recruitment, ER, and HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation; Singapore HR/payroll experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, HR systems, payroll software, and report preparation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to support head office and outlet operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and administration across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore employees.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and salary calculations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job ads, screening, interviews, offers.
• Monitor attendance, lateness, absenteeism, overtime, and leave applications.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, and workplace disputes.
• Coordinate probation reviews, appraisals, promotions, and salary reviews.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws.
