Job summary

Putra Medical Centre Kedah is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee our human resources function in Kedah. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, a master’s degree or relevant certification, and at least 6 years of progressive HR management experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.

You will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with local employment laws, SOCSO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certification.
• Minimum of 6 years gradual experience in human resource management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administrations, and compliance.
• Full working knowledge in domestic / local employment laws, Socso and EPF.
