Private Advertiser in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned HR leader to manage site recruitment, compensation & Benefits, training & development, employee relations, safety, welfare, and payroll. The role partners with site HODs and HQ in China to align workforce strategies with business goals.

You will coach and train the HR team and site HOD, drive yearly appraisals and salary adjustments, conduct market analyses, and monitor labour standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or OD with 7+ years in HR.
• Strong relationship-building and coaching abilities.
• Ability to guide executives and management teams.
• Payroll system knowledge a plus (BrioHR, Worksy, HR2000).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site recruitment, compensation & Benefits, training, development, ER, safety, welfare, payroll.
• Coach and train HR teams and site HODs on performance management and development.
• Drive site communication and align employees with management direction.
• Support yearly appraisals and salary adjustments.
• Liaise with Headquarters in China for reports and HR forecasts.
• Monitor labour standards and HR administration effectiveness.
