Job summary

Din Tai Fung Malaysia seeks a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews with department heads and tracking manpower needs. The role supports performance management activities, probation and annual appraisals, and maintains performance records.

You will handle benefits administration, leave matters, and ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in Recruitment, IR, Benefits and Employee Relations.
• Experience handling Foreign Workers is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Regulations.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with department heads
• Monitor manpower requirements and recruitment effectiveness
• Coordinate probation and annual appraisal exercises
• Track appraisal completion and maintain performance records
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical and leave matters
• Coordinate benefit renewals and employee enquiries
• Ensure compliance with company benefit policies
• Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling and investigations
• Prepare warning letters and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies
• Process and verify staff expense claims
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate foreign worker arrivals, onboarding and documentation
• Manage work permit, FOMEMA and immigration requirements
