Job summary

Affin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Kuala Lumpur to lead strategic HR management and partner with business leaders. You will shape workforce planning, organisation design, and employee relations to align people strategy with business goals.

In this role you will drive change management, performance and talent development initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and L&D to deliver value across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience with solid HR business partnering background.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organisation structure and people-related matters.
• Strong knowledge in employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters and employee grievance management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR management & HR business partnering for the business
• Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, union issues and related HR matters
• Collaborate with HR Rewards/C&B and Performance Management teams
• Governance of manpower planning and budgeting; forecast headcount needs
• Lead Talent Acquisition collaboration for business hiring needs
• Drive Learning & Development, Talent Management & Succession planning
• Support change management initiatives and communication of HR policies
• Provide generalist HR support to business portfolios and manage stakeholder expectations
