Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive - Human Resources & Administration to lead HR functions across business units and help shape a positive work culture. You will partner with management to align people strategies with financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field with minimum 3 years HR experience in Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Confidentiality and professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR functions for designated business units and support admin tasks.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning and employer branding efforts.
• Coordinate payroll processes with Payroll department as needed.
• Drive performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance to leaders and support HR projects aligned with Group objectives.
• Handle administrative duties including IT assets, stationery, and onboarding experiences.
