YF Packaging is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive to oversee payroll, employee lifecycle, attendance, and regulatory compliance in Melaka's Merlimau Industrial Area. You will ensure timely statutory contributions and maintain confidential records.
The role requires a Diploma or degree in HR/BA/Management or related fields and 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience. Strong communication, organization, and independent work ethic are essential for success.

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration functions is preferred.
Willing to work in the Merlimau Industrial Area, Melaka.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Description
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and PCB.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit processes.
Administer employee attendance, leave records, and biometric attendance systems.
Handle foreign worker administration, including work permit renewals, insurance renewals, and FOMEMA medical examination registrations.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities such as annual dinners, festive celebrations, company trips, and welfare programs.
Promote employee learning and development initiatives and monitor training effectiveness.
Advise management on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Conduct investigations, domestic inquiries, and disciplinary proceedings when required.
Maintain and manage company legal documents, contracts, agreements, and confidential records.
Administer and monitor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and related documentation.
Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities, including DOSH (JKKP), Department of Environment (DOE), Bomba, Ministry of Health, Labour Department (JTK), MITI, and other relevant agencies.
Issue official correspondence, letters, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor office administration, security, employee welfare, and hostel cleanliness management.
Conduct periodic inspections and spot checks on security personnel and facilities.
Coordinate pest control, hygiene services, and workplace maintenance activities with external service providers.
Manage company vehicle administration, including insurance renewals, road tax renewals, and permit management.
Coordinate meetings, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Perform any ad hoc assignments and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
