Job summary

Tekmark is seeking an energetic HR professional in Malaysia to drive end-to-end recruitment and contribute to broader HR generalist duties. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while also engaging in performance and development activities across the organization.

You will partner with managers, build talent pipelines, and help shape employer branding. A strong communicator with people-centric approach will thrive in our growing tech group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes.
• Prepare employment offers and manage onboarding arrangements.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment legislation.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Prepare employment offers and manage employee onboarding arrangement.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment legislation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment.
• Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and passionate about people.
