Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced electrical technician to maintain and test critical power systems across the campus.

You will perform switching, isolation, and routine checks on MV equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires a valid B0-11kV Chargeman certificate, 3+ years of hands-on experience, and the ability to supervise technicians. Qualifications

• Valid B0-11kV Chargeman certificate.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of UPS, switchgear, grounding, generators.
• Ability to supervise and guide technicians.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and LOTO practices.
• Willing to work on a 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical switching, isolation, and testing in line with licensing and safety standards.
• Conduct round checks at all incoming substations campus-wide.
• Lead MV generator routine tests per Preventive Maintenance plan.
• Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on electrical equipment campus-wide.
• Lead emergency response during incidents; coordinate with DC Ops/contractors to enter MV Power Module.
• Collaborate with engineers and advise on MOP & SOP development for electrical systems.
• Ensure Chargeman certification is valid and registered with Energy Commission under DayOne.
