Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a Senior Group Business Performance Manager to drive cross-functional performance initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics. You will develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools, monitor KPI trajectories, and work with regional and local teams to ensure measurable outcomes.

The role reports to the Head of Performance & Planning and requires hands-on analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience in data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain qualification preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting or operation-focused industry.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments, work under high pressure.
• Excellent ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently.
• Strong numeric and analytical ability, yet able to possess macro views.
• Experience with cost orientation, business analysis or business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define, control & drive performance metrics across functions: Supply Chain, Operation, Logistics.
• Monitor business performance by building tools and capabilities to detect abnormalities and design dashboards for top management and ground operations.
• Drill down analysis to find root causes for performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Track project progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks to launch initiatives on-time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments on operational P&L to control margins and costs.
• Prepare presentation materials pitched at the appropriate level for operations staff and management.

The position will report to the Head of Performance & Planning, working closely with Commercial, Operation, Process Excellence, Supply Chain, Logistics & other teams within the company. As a Performance Executive, you will be expected to be hands-on to drive cross-functional initiatives along with regional and local teams to ensure end-to-end performance KPIs trajectory & project outcome are achieved.

Your Day-to Day

• Define, control & drive performance metrics across functions: Supply Chain, Operation,Logistics.
• Monitor business performance by building the tools & capabilities to detect abnormality& set-up the standard for designing dashboards & reports to provide end-to-endvisibility to top managements and day-to-day visibility for ground operations.
• Drill down the analysis to find exact root cause for performance gap, rooms forimprovement, underlying business risk or bottlenecks that business team are/will befacing.
• Track project progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks in order to launchinitiatives on-time and smoothly.
• Work with stakeholders from other departments on operational P&L to control margin & costs.
• Prepare presentation materials which are pitched at the right level for its audience (e.g.operations staff vs. management).

Your Know How

• University Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chainqualification preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of experience. Preferably in e-commerce, consulting or operationfocus industry.
• Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments,work under high pressure.
• Excellent ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently.
• Strong numeric and analytical ability, yet able to possess macro views.
• High level skill in Excel (data modelling, visualization); SQL &/or data visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
• Experience in cost orientation, business analysis or business performance management.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of operation, supply chain management concept, lean or Kaizen is a plus.
