AMMB Group seeks a senior leader to head performance management, strategic planning, budgeting and investor relations. You will coordinate forecasting, develop dashboards, and present management insights to executives and the board.

Lead AMMB Group’s performance management, strategic planning, resource allocation, management reporting, and investor relations functions to ensure sustainable value creation, achievement of financial and strategic objectives, transparent market communications, and strong engagement with shareholders, analysts, rating agencies.
Define, review, and track key performance metrics
Lead management performance reporting for Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Develop performance packs, scorecards, and dashboards for Group Management Committee
Lead annual budgeting and medium-term business planning exercises Coordinate monthly forecasting process
Monitor budget utilization and forecast variances
Develop business projections to support management decisions
Oversee Investor Relations, which includes timely delivery of public documents such as Investor Presentations, Press Releases, Annual reports, manage annual credit rating review process, analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks
Partner with all internal stakeholders which include Business Finance Controllers, Risk, Treasury, Balance sheets and capital management, strategy, and HR on performance measurement and resource matters
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Lead and develop Performance Management and Investor Relations teams. Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements
Professional Accounting Qualification/MBA
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline.
License & Certification (Optional): Chartered Accountant/Certified Accountant Work Experience
12-15+ years of banking, finance, strategy, performance management, or investor relations experience
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles.
