Job summary

WIKICAREER SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across three subsidiaries in Malaysia.

This hands-on role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, solid SQL Accounting skills, and proven experience handling corporate banking, including end-to-end loan applications from documentation to disbursement. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, monthly management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and cash flow management while ensuring statutory

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on accounting experience, multi-entity exposure preferred.
• Direct experience with loan applications and banking liaison is advantageous.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting and Excel for reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for three subsidiaries with separate books.
• Process and record all financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations and maintain fixed assets register.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and banking relationships.
• Support statutory compliance, tax remittance, and external audits.
• Coordinate end-to-end corporate loan application processes.
