Job summary

Solutino Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. You will work closely with the Group Accountant to manage the financial operations of multiple entities, handle full set of accounts, and ensure timely monthly closings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the investment or asset management industry.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-entity group structure and support senior finance leadership.
• Meticulous, initiative and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel applications.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and provide direct support to the Group Accountant in managing the financial operations of the assigned entities
• Independently manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handling full set of Accounts
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform month-end closing activities, monthly reconciliation report and ensure financial closing complete within the due date.
• To perform accounts-related data entry and other general accounting duties
• Prepare payment instructions for entities with external accounting service provider
• Prepare yearly budget for review and ensure liquidity for the entities in charged
• Liaise with company secretary, tax agent and auditors
• Prepare GST report for submission
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
